Scope and fees

Hewnigan LLC provides consulting, project support, coordination, and business research. Each engagement requires an agreed written scope that identifies deliverables, fees in U.S. dollars, payment schedule, and anticipated timing. Sending an inquiry does not start a paid engagement. Additional work or expenses require agreement before they are incurred.

Delivery and responsibilities

Services may be delivered remotely, on site, or through written findings as specified in the engagement. Timing depends on the agreed scope, access, client decisions, and third-party availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, and timely decisions. Vendors and trades remain responsible for their own contracts, work, means and methods, and site safety. Owners retain decisions about contracts, spending, changes, and acceptance of work. Hewnigan does not direct construction or certify work.

Nature of support

Research and recommendations reflect the information available at the time. Hewnigan does not guarantee a particular commercial outcome, regulatory approval, project cost, or third-party performance. Work requiring a licensed professional is referred to the appropriate provider. Consulting does not replace engineering, architectural, legal, or other licensed professional services.

Payment

Invoices and any deposits are issued according to the engagement. Payments may be processed through Stripe. No subscription or recurring charge is started without express agreement. The engagement-specific written agreement controls if it differs from these general terms.
